IT – First Level Support

We are looking for a new team member for our VFX and post-production studio!
Position: IT Support (First Level)
Form: Part-time or full-time
Location: ON-SITE Prague office

We are seeking IT enthusiasts who aren’t afraid of challenges and want to be part of a creative environment. The ideal candidate has some experience in IT, meets the requirements listed below, and is ready to solve problems both independently and as part of a team.

What you should know:

• Basic knowledge of networks.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Familiarity with virtualization (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (advantageous).
• Ability to logically analyze and resolve problems.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
• Good command of English for communication.
• Time flexibility – occasional evening or weekend work.
